Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. By booking a class or workshop, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If attending a parent & child class, we require one adult per two children so bookings will be limited to 2 per persion.
 

2. Cancellations

2.1 By You

- If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Because spaces are limited, early cancellation notice allows us to plan materials and staffing.

- If you inform us of your cancellation before 24 hours, you may transfer to another session (subject to availability) or receive credit towards a future class.

- If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or transfers.

- If you miss a session without notifying us, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or credits. We are unable to offer catch-up sessions due to limited class sizes.

2.2 By Little Art Lab

- If we ever need to cancel a class (e.g., illness, low numbers, extreme weather), you will be offered:

     - A transfer to another suitable session, or

     - A full refund.

We will always give as much notice as possible. 
 

3. Illness

- Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell. If your child develops symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g., vomiting bug, chickenpox), please keep them at home.

- We cannot offer refunds for illness, but with 24+ hours’ notice, we may be able to arrange a transfer or credit.

4. Late Arrivals

- You are welcome to join if you arrive late, but we cannot extend class time.

- Refunds or credits cannot be given for late arrivals. 
 

5. Safety & Supervision

- When attending our parent & child classes, please supervise your child at all times.

- For drop-off sessions, please refer to our Safeguarding and Health & Safety Policy.
- Please ensure your child wears suitable clothing for messy play and creative activities. 

 

6. Photography & Social Media

- We occasionally take photos/videos for marketing purposes.

- You will be asked to give consent at checkout.

- You can withdraw consent at any time by letting us know at littleartlabuk@gmail.com.
